Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans are annual contracts, but you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-ins.
What's the difference between Professional and Enterprise?
Professional is ideal for funds managing $100M-$1B with standard needs. Enterprise is for larger institutions ($1B+) requiring custom instruments, dedicated support, or special integrations (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.).
Do you offer academic or nonprofit pricing?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for academic institutions and nonprofits conducting research on market dynamics. Contact us at sales@arcaneintel.net for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer, ACH, and corporate credit cards. Invoicing available for Enterprise customers. We also offer quarterly payment plans for Professional tier.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Professional. Enterprise customers may incur one-time integration fees depending on complexity (typically $10K-$50K for custom integrations).
